Manuel Beschi 

CV

Born in 1986, he received his bachelor and master degree in Industrial Automation Engineering at the University of Brescia in 2008 and 2010, respectively.

He received his PhD degree in Control Systems in 2014 at the University of Brescia, discussing a thesis on "Event-based and model-based control strategies with applications to solar energy systems" with tutors: Prof. Antonio Visioli, Prof. Manuel Berenguel Soria (Universidad de Almeria).

From 2014 to 2019, he was with National Research Council of Italy - Institute of Intelligent Industrial Technologies and Systems for Advanced Manufacturing.  

From 2019 to 2020, he holded a assistant professor position in Control Systems at the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering of the University of Brescia.

Currently he holds a associate professor position in Control Systems at the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering of the University of Brescia.

He is an external member of Industrial Robotics group at CNR-STIIMA

He is the Scientific Responsible of the Joint Research Laboratory CARI "Automatic Control for Intelligent robots" of the University of Brescia and CNR-STIIMA.
